North East Small Finance Bank is migrating its Core Banking Solution (CBS) & Digital Channels along with Upgradation of IT Ecosystem with the focus to provide enhancement in services to its esteemed customers. The migration exercise is scheduled during the period of 21st April end of day onwards to 23rd April 2023. Due to the transition & upgradation process all our Banking services would be inoperative during this limited duration. Subsequent to the migration and upgradation also, there may be certain delays/interruptions in the normal Banking services and working of digital channels as a part of the transition process. As system stabilisation may take 3-4 days time, ATM transactions/digital transactions may not be possible for these 3 to 4 days post migration.
